My Holiday

I am going away for christmas to Wanaka with lots of my family. We are going to stay in a Bach. we are going for three weeks. We are doing mtin biking surfing and fishing. I am looking forward to going. We can also play tennis go on the monster track and try horse riding.

Under the Sea

Finn and Thomas jump off a boat. We saw a mysterious pirate ship. We saw sparkling gold and we stole the gold. We bought a submarine.  We heard a bang and a crash on the roof, as the rocks were tumbling down. We moved the ship with the submarine into a cave. We saw a sea monster and an octopus and we decided to live in the cave.

Growing Watermelon

Professor Poo Poo Pants and his rocket crashed on the moon. 2,000,000 years later he made a home on the moon. It had 2 lazer’s. In the lab there is an off road buggy. Mad Minion Mason and Strong Minion Finn. Boom!!! Another rocket crashed on the moon with Mason and Finn in the rocket. The food we had to eat is lollies. You get the lollies from underground.                  

   

                                            

                            

A Growing Bean

Put the seed in the soil. The seed coat is starting to crack.  The bean is sprouting. The seeds are    dancing up and the roots are growing down. The roots grow longer.Wow!! They have grown!

Painting Techniques

I used a paintbrush to make straight lines for my mountains. I dabbed with the sponge and swirled to make the molten rock. I also used the sponge to dab my paint for the background. I used these techniques because it makes my picture stand out.

Cross Country

I was nervous at the line. I sprinted off from the line when the race started.  The race was exciting because I tried my best at running.  I ran the whole time around the course.  I came 6th.

Mountain Biking

Wow! I did a side jump on a tree stump I landed it. The track is called Mantatory Power play. There was a sharp corner. I didn't turn in time so i had to jump the tree stump. On the track there are bridges. The bridges take you across the stream. There are jumps. I can do them. The track takes you back to the bottom again

Being a Little Person

I would make a house in the root of a tree.  
Winding stairs take me to the top of the inside of the tree.
At the top there is a big swimming pool and an airport just for birds to come and land on and take off.
The birds are airplanes that you can ride on.
They are just for little people.

Maui and the Sun

Maui did not get much time to do things. The sun just went to fast. Then he had an idea.  He got his  brothers to get same flax.

They weaved day and night. Then they set off to the sun!

They saw the sun was rising so they said let's make a wall from the rope . Then Maui hit the sun on the nose and the rope slows the sun.   

The days now go much slower.
