Kokako Birds

We had 2 authors come to school and read a few books to us. They did a little Play about some nursery rhymes. They talked about writing and it took them 10 months to write a book. The book they wrote is called Tamanui the brave kokako of Taranaki. I made a picture of a kokako. What do you think of it?

My Brother Luka

I have a baby brother called Luka. He sleeps in Ella's room. He plays on the floor with his toys. Luka can look at himself in the mirror and some times I play with him. Luka look like me when I was a baby. he has the same kala here and the same cute face.
